Mariam Barghouti is a relatively well-known go-to voice on Israeli-Palestinian affairs.

She comes from Ramallah, and her pieces have offered what one might consider an insider’s account of life in the West Bank that provides a withering narrative about the colonialist project, otherwise known as the State of Israel.

Get this! Her work has been published in the New York Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Newsweek, etc. She’s been interviewed on CNN and seemingly on the BBC constantly. She’s quoted in the LA Times, The Huffington Post, the Business Insider, and many other publications. She’s been described variously as a Palestinian journalist, a writer, an analyst, and a researcher.

Barghouti is also a raging anti-Semite. She uses a verified Twitter account with over 74,000 followers where she spreads vicious Jew-hatred on her social media platforms, including describing Israel as beating Hitler at his own game since 1948 and calling the Jewish state a racist Zionist pig. In other words, she asserts that Zionism did nothing but exploit the tragedy of the Holocaust, and then she claims that former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a Nazi.

She’s obviously unaware that Netanyahu’s wife, Sara, lost family members in Hitler’s genocide against the Jewish people. There are many more incredible hateful lies she tells to her followers around the world in many famous and widely distributed publications.

As I just mentioned, she’s a hateful liar who is quoted constantly by big-name publications that know better but won’t act better. It’s dumb all around, and shame on all of you for encouraging these lies.
