You know, Coca-Cola, the world’s largest drink distributor is training its employees now to be less white. Some of the images from their new training course depict a laundry list of what it means to be less white. Such as being less oppressive, arrogant, certain, defensive, and ignorant.

Yeah, you heard me right. The manual says the goals of Coke employees will be to be; less oppressive, less arrogant, less certain, less defensive, less ignorant, humbler, listen, believe, break with apathy, and break with white solidarity. Those are all traits of white people, and they’re all horrible.

Oh, my God, Coca-Cola. Could your company, HR department be any dumber?
