Why is it important to move the American embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem?

  1. Israel is the only country in the world where the host country doesn’t get to tell the visiting embassy to locate in their capital city. Shouldn’t our closest ally be treated no worse than every other country on earth?
  1. The American law since the time of Bill Clinton has been to locate the embassy in Jerusalem.
  1. Clinton, Bush, and Obama have all give in to Arab pressure and ignored the law, and as a result have delegitimized Israel and its government.
  1. The President of the Palestinian authority is promising violence even though the embassy would be moved to west Jerusalem in undisputed territory. Do we want continue giving in to this blackmail or stand up for freedom?
