The Washington State Department of Health appears to be allowing COVID-19 vaccine providers to distribute inoculations based on race. Whites go on a standby list while non-whites can schedule appointments, according to a local radio station.

The website for the African-American Reach and Teach Health Ministry, a vaccine distributor authorized by the Washington State Department of Health, questions those seeking inoculation appointments based on their race.

If an individual indicates they’re white, they are unable to book an appointment, period. So, if individuals designate themselves as non-white well, they get to schedule an appointment. If they schedule white based on their race, that individual is informed.

They’re placed on a waiting list, and they’ll be contacted if there is an opening. But no opening equals no vaccine appointment. You don’t get the shot. This is one 100% racist, and it’s 100% dumb.
