Reem Assil, the owner of an Oakland bakery serving traditional Arabic foods, created a huge mural inside her eatery in honor of Rasmea Odeh.
Odeh, member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terror organization, was convicted in two bombings in 1969, one of which killed two Hebrew University students, as well as the bombing of the British Consulate in Tel Aviv.
Sentenced to life in prison, Odeh was released after 10 years in a prisoner exchange with the PFLP. She was later convicted of immigration fraud in the US.
And how does Assil respond to protesters that want the mural removed from the bakery’s wall? According to her, they are “racists bullies” and it is President Donald Trump for the attention the mural drew.
