Iran Sues U.S. For Leaving Nuke Deal

Iran filed a lawsuit against the United States at the United Nation’s International Court of Justice, for withdrawing from the 2015 JCPOA, and reimposing sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

The toothless nuclear agreement, which does not allow for any U.S. inspectors, mandates inspections be scheduled weeks in advance and prohibits inspections of military testing facilities, does nothing to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.  The lack of legitimate inspections means there is no verification mechanism to ensure compliance to the agreement, making it worthless, particularly when dealing with a regime that lied about its nuclear weapons program in the midst of negotiating the agreement.  The JCPOA poured hundreds of billions of dollars into the coffers of the mullahs in Tehran, much of which has been used to fund terrorism throughout, and destabilize the Middle East.

The JCPOA is so one-sided in favor of Iran, that they are trying to legally force the U.S. to stay in it, what’s that say?
